STOP SMOKING TIPS

Starting something is the most difficult thing to be done by everyone. So does the stop smoking. So, if you intend to immediately start stop smoking, there are some steps that can be done:

1. Make a commitment to yourself to stop smoking.
2. Find your motivation or inspiration to stop smoking. Maybe for a family or for your health.
3. Ask the nearest people like friends and family to support and remind you when
the desire to smoke comes.
4. See your doctor and consult your intention to stop smoking.
5. Set the date you stop smoking. Tell the people closest and doctors to remind you.
6. Look for support programs stop smoking to help you.
7. Get rid of all the things that can encourage or remind you to smoke like a lighter,
ashtray and cigarettes.
